By accessing or using HalluTrace AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HalluTrace AI provides LLM (Large Language Model) tracing and hallucination detection services. Users can submit trace data via our SDK or API, upload CSV datasets, and receive evaluation scores indicating the degree of hallucination in LLM outputs.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You retain ownership of all trace data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing evaluation services. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Free tier includes 10,000 evaluations per month. Pay as You Go is billed at $0.001 per evaluation ($1 per 1,000 evaluations). Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime for Free and Pay as You Go plans. Enterprise plans include SLA terms. Evaluation scores are provided as-is and should be used as one factor in your quality assessment process.
HalluTrace AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
